capshak is a tool for making short videos. We want it to stay safe and useful for everyone. This policy lists what is not allowed. It is part of our Terms of Service, and it applies to everything you make, upload, translate or publish with capshak, including what you ask the AI editor to do.
Illegal content and activity
Do not use capshak to create, store or share content that is illegal, or to plan, promote or help with illegal activity. This includes content that breaks the laws that apply to you or to us.
Other people’s rights
- Do not upload or use content you do not have the right to use, such as music, footage, pictures or fonts protected by copyright, unless you own it or have permission.
- Follow the licence terms of content you add from GIPHY, Freesound or Jamendo.
- Do not remove or hide watermarks, credits or copyright notices from other people’s work.
- Do not use other people’s trademarks in a way that misleads viewers about who made the video.
Harassment, hate and violence
Do not use capshak to create content that:
- harasses, threatens, bullies or intimidates a person or group;
- attacks or demeans people based on religion, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar traits;
- encourages violence, terrorism or self-harm;
- shares someone’s private information, such as their address or phone number, without consent.
Children’s safety
Any sexual content involving minors is strictly forbidden. This includes real, drawn or AI-generated material. We remove such content right away, close the account, and report it to the authorities where the law requires it.
Do not use capshak to exploit, groom or endanger children in any way.
Sexual content
Do not create sexually explicit content, or sexual content of any person without their consent.
Deception and impersonation
- Do not create deceptive deepfakes or manipulated videos meant to make people believe someone said or did something they did not.
- Do not impersonate a real person, company or organization.
- Do not use false captions or translations to mislead viewers about what someone said, for example in news, politics or health topics.
- Do not create scams, fraud or fake endorsements.
Satire, parody and clearly labeled edits are fine, as long as viewers can tell what they are watching.
Spam and abuse of the service
- Do not send spam, or use capshak to make mass unwanted content.
- Do not overload the service, work around rate limits, or use scripts or bots to call our servers in ways the app does not.
- Do not create many accounts to collect free credits or get around limits.
- Do not try to access accounts, projects or data that are not yours.
- Do not upload malware or files meant to harm users or our systems.
Reverse engineering and security
Do not reverse engineer, decompile or probe capshak to abuse it, bypass payments or credits, copy the service, or attack it. If you find a security problem, please tell us privately at info@mindio.ir instead of using it. We appreciate responsible reports.
Accounts and credits
- Do not sell, rent or share your account, or offer access to it as a service.
- Do not resell capshak credits or features without a written agreement with us.
- Do not use stolen cards or someone else’s payment details.
Enforcement
If we believe this policy has been broken, we may, depending on how serious it is:
- remove or block access to the content;
- warn you;
- limit features or pause the AI features on your account;
- suspend or close your account;
- report illegal activity to the authorities when required by law.
For serious cases, such as child safety, fraud or attacks on the service, we may act right away without warning. Credits on an account closed for breaking this policy are not refunded.
If you think we made a mistake, email us and we will review the decision.
Reporting misuse
If you see capshak being used in a way that breaks this policy, tell us at info@mindio.ir with as much detail as you can.
