How plans work
- Limits reset every 30 days
- Transcription minutes and AI editor requests are counted in 30-day windows from the day your plan starts, on yearly plans too.
- Yearly saves 25%
- A yearly plan costs 25% less than twelve months and runs for a year.
- Buying again
- The same plan extends the one you have. A higher plan starts right away and replaces the lower one, without proration. A lower plan starts when your current plan ends.
- Where to buy
- On mindio.ir, with your mobile number. It is the same account you sign in to capshak with by SMS, so the plan shows up there once the payment is confirmed.
- Without a plan
- Editing and exports stay free. Credits bought earlier in the Android app still pay for AI features while you have no plan.

How does pricing work?
There are three plans, Bronze, Silver and Gold, paid monthly or yearly (yearly is 25% cheaper). Each covers captions, AI proofreading, translation and the AI editor within its limits: the longest video per project, transcription minutes a month (only Bronze has a cap) and AI editor requests a month. Editing, styling and exporting are free, even without a plan.
How long can my video be?
It depends on your plan: a project can be up to 5 minutes on Silver, 10 on Bronze and an hour on Gold. capshak is built for short-form.
Do exports have a watermark?
No. MP4 exports are always free and never watermarked.
How can I pay?
Plans are bought on mindio.ir in toman, with the same mobile number you sign in to capshak with. The plan shows up on your account once the payment is confirmed.
What happens when I reach my plan’s limit?
Transcription minutes and AI editor requests reset every 30 days, counted from the day your plan started. Until then you can keep editing and exporting, or buy a higher plan, which starts right away. A job that fails doesn’t count against your limits.
Do you have team or agency accounts?
Accounts are single-user for now. Contact us for a custom plan and invoicing.
